Happy July 2022!

How are we half way through 2022? It seems the days go faster and faster.
This month I’m gonna talk about stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself. We face challenges of all kinds that help us to grow as individuals, married couples and through parenting. But when was the last time you challenged yourself to do something that made you uncomfortable?

Public speaking, forgiving someone that hurt you, telling others about your faith, skydiving, or attending social functions can put your body in a fight or flight situation. Anxiety, uncertainty and frustration run through my mind and stop me dead in my tracks when faced with an uncomfortable task or challenge. Ronnie has been a huge influence and full of encouragement when this happens to me. Writing a monthly blog for Inspirations for the Soul was something that scared me, but in a positive way. I am not a writer and have never been one. Throughout life we will always struggle with limiting beliefs, comparison and other darts the enemy shoots our way.
