If you are anything like me...your shoulders and neck hold a lot of stress! Tight shoulders and a stiff neck can lead to a sore back that can limit your daily activity. Daily stretching will help with your range of motion, flexibility and your overall strength. I’ve heard it said if you don’t move it...you will lose it. There are days when I want to stay on the couch and snuggle with my husband and fur babies, but deep down I know I need to get my tush moving! If you are struggling to get your workout on...do what I do...put on your favorite tennis shoes and give yourself 5 mins...if you still aren’t feeling it...at least you tried....give yourself grace and remember tomorrow is a new day!
