Regarding IFTS Hand Painted Crafts: All crafts are original art pieces painted by hand, slight imperfections to some degree are to be expected. All sales are final and there are no refunds. If your piece has a major defect contact me. If it is determined that there is a defect I will then send you another art piece of equal value.
