The positive emotions are pretty great and easy to process. It is the negative emotions that we all seem to struggle with and they tend to stick around longer.

When I am dealing with negativity, the best thing for me is to talk to someone about it. Whether I pray to GOD, confide in my husband, talk to a family member or even a friend it always makes dealing with my problems that much easier. Unfortunately for many, there is no one available to talk too. This makes dealing with life’s everyday negatives such as sadness, loneliness, loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, loss of a job, being bullied, etc….etc… etc…, so much harder to work through and get past.

Once your initial Chat is scheduled I will email you an agreement that must be signed and returned to me before we can discuss any personal matters. This agreement includes my terms and policies as well as explains my confidentiality promise.

I will also email you a Pre-Chat Questionnaire that I ask you to fill out and send back to me no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled chat. This will give me a heads up on what it is you would like to talk about.

The day before your Chat, I will send you the link to your private video call with me. I ask that you are not late in connecting as I have to stay with my scheduled times.
